SCIOTO COUNTY, Ohio. (WSAZ) - A Scioto County commissioner who was indicted in August and charged with 13 felony counts, including corruption, theft in office, and money laundering, has been arraigned.
Bryan Davis’ bond was set to $50,000, according to court documents.
Davis was also ordered to stay away from witnesses, county employees, and county commissioners, as well as surrender his passport, court documents stated.
His first pre-trial hearing is set for Oct. 21 at 9:30 a.m.
