NewsNation Crime(NewsNation) — An investigation has been launched after a body was found in a car belonging to singer D4vd, known for his viral songs on TikTok.

Body found
Sept. 8: Responding to complaints of a foul odor, the Los Angeles Police Department discovered a dismembered body in the trunk of an impounded Tesla.
The body was wrapped in plastic, and authorities said they believed it was placed in the trunk about five days before the vehicle was impounded from a Hollywood Hills neighborhood.
The Tesla was quickly identified as belonging to D4vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke.
