HOBART, Wis. (WBAY) - A former Green Bay school member who resigned after issues with the address he listed on his candidacy documents were made public is now facing two felony charges.

Kou Lee, 47, is charged with Felony Election Fraud and Felony False Swearing stemming from a complaint filed with the Brown County District Attorney’s Office regarding Lee possibly misrepresenting his residency on campaign paperwork.

Lee was elected to a three-year term on the Green Bay Area Public School Board in April of 2024. In May of 2025, he resigned on the same day that the Green Bay Press-Gazette published an article investigating issues with the address Lee listed on his candidacy filings.
