LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The City of North Little Rock will host an Outreach Fair and Amnesty Day for those in the unsheltered Community, calling it "a safe space for hope, help, and second chances."
A Facebook post by the North Little Rock Police Department (NLRPD) announced that the special event will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at 120 Riverfront Drive/Park Drive, in North Little Rock.
NLRPD said the day will be used to connect with resources, services, and support systems designed to improve the quality of life for people in our unsheltered community.
The day will also let people clear all non-violent misdemeanor warrants without fear of arrest.
