Lothian buses have announced all of their service diversions ahead of the Edinburgh men’s and women’s 10k events.

The events, which are set to take place on Sunday, September 21, will see roads closed across the city, and as a result, public transport will be diverted throughout the day.

Now, the bus operator has shared all of their affected routes ahead of the weekend races.

The affected routes are:

Service 2 - This diversion is expected to be in place between 07:30 and 12:30 approximately and will see the northbound service, between Potterrow and Semple Street, diverted via Lauriston Place, West Tollcross and Ponton Street, the southbound service between Morrison Street and Bristo Place, diverted via Earl Grey Street, Lauriston Place and Forrest Road.
