WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita police say a second teenager has been arrested in connection with the shooting that killed 20-year-old Sebastian Williams and injured another man over Labor Day weekend.
Investigators said Friday that a 17-year-old male was taken into custody and booked into the Sedgwick County Juvenile Detention Facility on suspicion of felony murder. Police said his arrest will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for review and possible formal charges.
The update comes weeks after officers arrested a 16-year-old male, who was booked into the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center on a felony murder charge.
