WILMINGTON — Barnes & Thornberg LLP has hired two former New Castle County land planners to the team to bolster its project management with their decades of experience in land use.
Janet Vinc and Brad Shockley recently joined the firm’s real estate office in Wilmington, one of 17 offices Barnes & Thornberg have across the nation. Vic has more than two decades of experience in municipal planning and land use management while working to support economic development initiatives in Smyrna. Shockley has more than 25 years in the public sector.
