The Forest Hills home and land that was a key setting of the television series Nashville has been listed for sale for $24.5 million — a figure that ranks among the most robust the city has ever seen for a residential property offering.

Via an auction by Platinum Luxury Auctions, local real estate investors Taylor Preston and Joe Porter (having created Page Road Partners LLC) acquired the roughly six-acre property and the 21,830-square-foot Georgian-style house that anchors the wooded site in December 2023 for about $7.53 million (read here ).

The address of the Belle Meade-area property (a sliver of the site sits in that satellite community) is 1358 Page Road.
