Via an auction by Platinum Luxury Auctions, local real estate investors Taylor Preston and Joe Porter (having created Page Road Partners LLC) acquired the roughly six-acre property and the 21,830-square-foot Georgian-style house that anchors the wooded site in December 2023 for about $7.53 million (read here ).
