The Valley saw plenty of weather action late Thursday and early Friday as a result of Tropical Storm Mario and Scottsdale was no exception.

Rawhide Wash east of Desert Ranch at Legend Trail got 1.5 inches of rain over nigh, according to the Maricopa County Flood Control District website t.

And that’s not the only place in Scottsdale that saw heavy rainfall.

Pinnacle Peak Powerline east of Pima Road got 1.06 inches, Rawhide Wash at Pinnacle Peak Road got 0.98 inches and Jomax Road at Seventh Street got 0.83 inches, according to the Maricopa County Flood Control District website.

There were no problems with flooding or road closures in the city.
