Crews respond to phone line fallen on Duluth school bus

DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Crews are responding to reports of a phone line that fell on a school bus on Friday afternoon.

Northern News Now had previously reported that it was a power line; however, we have since corrected the headline to phone line.

Crews responded around 2:40 p.m. to the area of 47th and Oakley Street in Duluth.

According to our reporter on the scene, one single phone line was over the hood.

Minnesota Power arrived and made sure the line wasn’t a live wire, and removed it from the bus.

The school bus left the scene and continued on its route.
