GRAND RAPIDS, MI - Foodies can plan to take their taste buds on a global adventure without leaving Grand Rapids this weekend.
From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20, attendees can explore dumplings from cultures across the world, all in one location at 555 Monroe Ave. NW.
Presented by the Grand Rapids Asian Pacific Foundation (GRAPF), the inaugural event is in partnership with the interactive 15th annual ArtPrize competition .
From savory to sweet, steamed to fried, attendees are encouraged to show up hungry to discover diverse flavors.
There will also be a fundraising tent for GRAPF to raise money for future annual events. Milk teas, fruit teas and shaved ice will be served alongside small bites such as vegetarian spring rolls.
