MEDINA, Ohio -- The Medina County District Library (MCDL) has dozens of events this fall to celebrate autumn and the Halloween season.

From costumes and trick-or-treat to crafts for your home, it’s all available -- and free.

Events are for kids of all ages unless otherwisse noted.

Medina County Fall Foliage Tour: Noon to 5 p.m. Oct. 11-12, Highland Library, 4160 Ridge Road in Medina.

The Highland Library is a stop on the Medina County Fall Foliage Tour, a drive-it-yourself tour of agricultural, educational and historical stops.

Shop the Friends of MCDL book sale, view quilts by the Honeybee Quilters Guild, meet the resident tortoise and enjoy the StoryWalk, kids’ crafts and outdoor games.

Face painting with EnchantaRoo will be from 1 to 4 p.m. both days.
