SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi was present but did not vote Friday on a bill honoring slain right-wing influencer Charlie Kirk as a patriot. Pelosi, according to House records, was on the floor Friday and voted on several other bills.

However, records indicate that the former Speaker of the House did not vote on House Resolution 719. The bill, which honored "the life and legacy" of Kirk, passed the House with 310 members, including most Republicans, voting in favor. Fifty-eight Democratic members voted against the bill, while 38 other members voted present.

Pelosi was one of 26 members -- 4 Republicans and 22 Democrats -- who declined to vote.
