MOSES LAKE, Wash. – The Moses Lake Street Crimes unit arrested a suspect carrying methamphetamines, fentanyl, a gun and cash in a WinCo parking lot.

The Moses Lake Police Department said that on September 18, the street crimes unit learned that a shipment of drugs would be traveling through Moses Lake.

At 3 a.m. on September 19, the team initiated a vehicle takedown of the suspect while in a Winco parking lot.

They arrested the suspect, a 42-year-old from Tacoma named Joel Eveline, and booked him into Grant County Jail on multiple charges.

During the arrest and preliminary investigation, they found over a half pound of methamphetamine, a quarter pound of Fentanyl powder, a gun and cash.
