SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A 23-year-old living with a life-long neurological disorder was repeatedly denied necessary medical services.

Then, her family found out about Leo Govoni and the $100 million fraud case against him. They believe others may also be involved.

Ja'Mari Evans had been denied access to her special needs trust time and time again. Two decades later, she said it's all making sense.

Evans is a survivor.
