BOISE, Idaho — A 37-year-old Boise man was arrested Thursday on charges of felony aggravated assault following an altercation that police say involved racial slurs and weapons in downtown Boise.

According to the Boise Police Department , Christopher Quiggle was taken into custody after police responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon around 5:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, in an alleyway near 17th Street and Main Street. Quiggle owns Black Eagle Tattoo , located in Boise.

The victim, Freddie Harrell, said he was working for Grizzly Parking and Security LLC when the incident occurred. Harrell said he was removing a company sign from the Martha apartment complex property when a Budget U-Haul truck pulled up and the driver began yelling at him.
