Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s vaccine advisers voted Friday to recommend individual decision-making for COVID vaccinations , rather than positive recommendations for all Americans.

The advisory committee also urged the CDC to adopt stronger language regarding potential vaccine risks and uncertainties, including the duration of seasonal boosters, reports of health issues post-vaccination, and unknowns for pregnant women.
