On Thursday, more than a dozen politicians were arrested at an immigration courthouse , protesting against the Trump administration’s policies in the city.

One of the elected officials was state Sen. Julia Salazar.

She joined NY1’s Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Friday to discuss more.

“So, several of us, perhaps all of us, were given court dates in November,” Salazar said. “Not terribly concerned about it. I believe we did the right thing, and we knew what the potential consequences [would] be.”

She represents parts of Brooklyn, including Bushwick, Greenpoint and Williamsburg, and Ridgewood in Queens.
