Trespass: David J. Moores III, 35, Maine, was arrested on trespassing and indecent exposure charges when he allegedly came into a resident’s yard in the 1300 block of E. 13th Street and urinated on their vehicle one day after being released for public drunkenness.

The homeowner told Officer Matthew Smith that Moores entered her enclosed rear yard and she saw him take out his genitals before urinating on her vehicle. He also tried to enter her residence through the locked back door. Moores laid down on the rear porch and pretended to be asleep when he saw Smith approaching.

He was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge James Merkins and was remanded to the county jail in Concord after failing to post 10% of $25,000 bail. Moores is scheduled for a preliminary hearing o
