Family and friends paid tribute Friday to a man killed in a hit-and-run crash, as police continue to search for the driver who fled the scene.

Kelvin Williams, 57, was identified by Philadelphia police as the victim who died on Sunday, Sept. 14 .

Police say an out-of-control car hit his truck carrying him and two other passengers just before 8 a.m. by Roosevelt Boulevard and Adams Avenue, causing Williams’ truck to overturn.

The two others in the truck with Williams were transported to the hospital for their injuries. However, Williams was partially ejected from the truck and died on the scene.
