Skaneateles, N.Y. — Hugh Carroll might need some Gatorade after Friday night’s win.

The Skaneateles quarterback was all over the field against Southern Hills, rushing for two touchdowns, throwing for another, registering a sack on defense and even holding for a successful 44-yard field goal in the final minutes of a 40-6 win.
