Nothing gets New Jersey residents going like chicken parm.

Thin and crispy, thick and saucy or, more recently, smothered in vodka cream, there's something about panko-breaded cutlets topped with cheese that's had Garden State residents infatuated for longer than I've existed.

In fact, there's even a community-led Facebook group called "Jersey Chicken Parm Ratings" where members post pictures of local parms — and go on to completely annihilate them in the comments section (it's a sad, meaty bloodbath).
