A hospital needs help identifying a patient who was found injured in South Los Angeles.

The male patient is around 40 years old, according to the Los Angeles General Medical Center.

He was found injured outside Steve’s Liquor and Market on the 1500 block of East 22nd Street and has been hospitalized since Sept. 17.

He stands 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 169 pounds. He has brown eyes and dark hair. He did not have any personal belongings to help staff identify him or contact loved ones.

Workers did not disclose the nature of his injuries.
