BELFRY, Ky. (WYMT) - For the second-straight week in a row, Belfry dominated their opponent.
In week five, the Pirates hosted Pikeville and won, 41-3.
Belfry’s defense came out on fire in the first quarter, forcing a three-and-out before blocking a Panther’s punt in the redzone.
That set up Dante Davis, who was able to punch it in for the Pirates’ first score of the night.
With 4:55 remaining in the first half, JB Woolum scored an 80-yard touchdown which put the Pirates ahead, 21-0.
The lone score for the Panthers was a 32-yard field goal made by Steven Gonzalez-Santes.
Belfry will face Pike County Central in week six at 7:30 p.m. on the road.
