The Colorado Mesa football team opens Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference today.

The conference didn’t exactly do them any favors in the opponent department as the Mavericks host No. 12 CSU Pueblo at Stocker Stadium for the 26th matchup in one of the RMAC’s most-storied rivalries. Here’s a look at how both squads stack up for today’s clash.

CMU is in search of its first win over the ThunderWolves since 2016. CSU Pueblo has won 13 of the teams’ past 14 meetings and is on a seven-game winning streak in the series — outscoring the Mavs 263-135 over that span.
