MORGANTOWN -- West Virginia University football coach Rich Rodriguez has done his best impression of a card dealer, with all the shuffling he's done this season.

The quarterback position has been a consistent group that Rodriguez has shuffled since the beginning of fall camp.

Rodriguez went into the 2025 season saying he had five quarterbacks competing for the elusive starting job.

Veteran Nicco Marchiol was then tabbed as the Week 1 starter against Robert Morris. He's also started against Ohio and Pitt.

Three other quarterbacks -- Scotty Fox Jr., Jaylen Henderson and Khalil Wilkins -- have seen action, with Fox seeing the most success of that trio, recording 129 yards of offense in the two games in which he's played.
