Three people were arrested in Warwickshire after a violent shootout at a Birmingham nightclub early on Saturday morning (20 September). The incident saw four people shot, three men and a woman - with one of the men suffering serious injuries.

Emergency services were called to a Bristol Street nightspot in the early hours - a huge police cordon has been put in place and is expected to be there for some time.

Shortly after the incident officers stopped a car on the M6 motorway in Warwickshire arresting three people who are still in custody. An investigation is underway and police are urging witnesses to come forward and help.
