A rainy start to the West Bayfront PorchFest in 2024 didn't stop hundreds of participants from enjoying more than two dozen bands that day. This year, organizer Chuck Nelson hopes to continue that momentum with the same amount of bands and a few other spins.

PorchFest 2025 returns to porches in downtown Erie on Sept. 27. The music begins at noon and runs until 6 p.m. at porches throughout the west bayfront area. The music continues from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the new after party at Altered State Distillery.

“It will be a night of music at Altered State, and they do a great job,” Nelson said.

PorchFest will include 25 bands at 25 locations.
