Portions of seven Erie streets will be paved beginning Sept. 22.

Drivers can expect lanes to be closed at times to acommodate the work.

Construction is expected to continue through mid-December.

The streets

Four eastside streets will be paved:

Franklin Avenue, between East 12th and East 18th streets;

East 10th Street, between Holland and German streets;

McClelland Avenue, between Buffalo Road and Fairmont Parkway, and

East Fifth Street, between State and French streets.

Three westside streets are also scheduled for paving:

Liberty Street, between West 38th and Peach streets;

Raspberry Street, between West Sixth and West Seventh streets;

Washington Avenue, between West 38th and West 40th streets.

On Peninsula Drive: Construction will continue through September
