With quarterback Jaxon Knotts’ third and goal pass intercepted with nine seconds left, 3-time Class 5A Division I champion Dutch Fork was defeated Friday 24-20 by Oceanside Collegiate Academy.

The loss snapped a 24-game winning streak by the Silver Foxes, the longest active in the S.C. High School League. It was also the first road loss since Oct. 6. 2023 to White Knoll. Dutch Fork (3-1) had a 14-9 halftime lead when Oceanside Collegiate Academy quarterback Aiden Maravian hit Terrance Johnson for a touchdown.

The Silver Foxes reclaimed the lead at 20-17 in the fourth quarter on a touchdown pass by Knotts to Braydon Johnson. The Landsharks answered with a 32-yard touchdown pass by Maravian to Anthony Williams.
