A man was arrested for allegedly filming women without their consent in the fitting rooms of a Target store in Thousand Oaks, Calif.

Jack Crawford, who is a resident in the area, was charged with eight counts of invasion of privacy, authorities announced Friday, Sept. 19. KTLA was first to report the news.

Police first responded on June 5, when Crawford, 25, was recording the victim while she was in a fitting room at the Target locate
