Kemi Badenoch has slammed Sir Keir Starmer for handing Hamas a "reward for terrorism" following reports Britain could acknowledge a Palestinian state as soon as Sunday.
In The Daily Telegraph, the Tory leader declared she would "never apologise for standing by Israel when it strikes back against terrorism", claiming Labour's foreign policy approach was to "condemn our allies, indulge our adversaries and hand away our sovereignty".
Her remarks emerge as the Government prepares to unveil its official recognition of Palestine.
Sir Keir revealed intentions to acknowledge a Palestinian state back in July, pledging to act during September's UN General Assembly gathering should Israel fail to make "substantive steps" towards Gaza peace.
