OVI: Clifton Boulevard

A witness told Lakewood police that a black SUV hit a lane divider on Clifton Boulevard near W. 115th Street in Cleveland at about 2:50 a.m. on Sept. 7 and then drove into Lakewood while swerving. The SUV was also smoking. The SUV pulled onto South Lane Drive. The front driver’s side wheel was on its rim, and the back driver’s side tire was flat, according to a police event report. Officers charged a female suspect with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, according to the event report.

OVI: Bunts Road

An officer at 1:10 a.m. on Sept. 8 arrested a male driver near Bunts Road and Athens Avenue for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
