SACRAMENTO, Calif, -- A man has been arrested after allegedly firing gunshots at the ABC station in Sacramento, California on Friday.

Sacramento police announced on X early Saturday morning, a 64-year-old man from Sacramento was arrested after finding the suspect's vehicle.

He is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon, shooting into an occupied building, and negligent discharge of a firearm, police said.

No injuries were reported, police said.

The suspect is being held at the Sacramento County Main Jail.

The motive remains under investigation.
