An investigation has been launched after a teenage girl was sexually assaulted in Dundee on Friday night.
The serious incident took place while she was walking in the Pentland Avenue of the city between 9pm and 11.20pm on September 19.
The 17-year-old victim is being supported by specialist officers as police enquiries continue.
Officers have examined CCTV footage from the area, and are keen to speak to anybody driving or walking on Pentland Avenue and the surrounding streets at the time of the assault, and any residents with private camera footage.
Police patrols will also be carried out in the area to reassure the public.
