A pack of 'Bullies and Staffys' have hospitalised a dogwalker after attacking him and his Labrador in Cambuslang. ‌

Emergency crews rushed to Bogleshole Road at around 5.05pm on Friday September 19 after receiving reports of a "group of dogs setting upon a man and his dog". ‌

A 65-year-old man has been rushed to hospital for treatment while his dog was taken to a veterinary practice. ‌

Officers have since arrested a 27-year-old man in connection with the incident.

An eyewitness told Glasgow Live that five dogs who "attacked" the man were "Bullies and Staffys".
