WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Two 18-year-olds have been arrested and held without bond for allegedly shooting and killing a man in Woodbridge, Prince William County Police Department spokesman Lt. Jonathan Perok announced on Saturday.

David Kapay Kallo, a 35-year-old from Frederick was killed in the shooting, last Saturday night. The address police gave for where the shooting happened, the 13700 block of Telegraph Road in Woodbridge, is just across the street from the Target on Prince William Parkway.

According to Perok, Kallo had tried to walk away when he was shot and killed.

Another shooting victim, a 27-year-old man apparently ran away from the scene and was treated in a nearby hospital for "non-life-threatening" injuries from the shooting. Perok described the 27-year-old as "inadvertently sho
