Joshua Runkles has been charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer inside of State Farm Stadium where Charlie Kirk's public memorial will be held on Sunday, Arizona Department of Public Safety told FOX. Officials say that Runkles was carrying both a knife and a gun was prior law enforcement. He has since been charged with a felony count of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
