SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - Two men have been arrested for “tagging buildings and city signs with spray paint,” according to a press release from the Savannah Police Department.
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, the Savannah Police Department arrested Joseph Gonzalez (30) and Damian Flower (34).
Both Gonzalez and Flower have been charged with interference with government property and criminal trespassing.
Officials say that, at approximately 3:22 a.m., officers observed the two suspects actively tagging buildings and city signs with spray paint along Congress St., between Franklin Square and Ellis Square.
The police department says both suspects were taken into custody without incident and booked into the Chatham County Jail.
