BUFFALO, N.Y. — The leaves are starting to turn, and that means that baseball season is coming to a close.

While the Buffalo Bisons may not make the MiLB postseason, the team still has much to celebrate, as they revealed the team's end of season awards.

Infielder Riley Tirotta took home the team's Stan Barron Most Valuable Player award. Tirotta was the first Bisons player to reach 100 hits on the season on Aug. 31, and fhe inished the year batting .269 in 114 games. Tirotta also doubled his stolen base numbers this season, swiping six bases as compared to only three last year. Tirotta also held the most games played by a Bisons player this season. It is his second year at the Triple-A level.
