IDAHO, USA — Democrats from across Idaho, 157 of them, signed an open letter to State Rep. Ilana Rubel (D-Boise) on Friday. The letter was sparked by Rubel's trip to Israel alongside Republican Reps. Barbara Ehardt (R-Idaho Falls), Bruce Skaug (R-Nampa), John Shirts (R-Weiser), and Josh Tanner (R-Eagle) earlier this week amidst that country's ground invasion of Gaza City.

A photo posted to Facebook on Tuesday by the Idaho Israel Alliance shows Rubel holding an Idaho flag alongside Ehardt, Skaug, Shirts, and Tanner at Ofakim Park in the Negev region of Israel. Idaho lawmakers were among 250 other elected representatives who visited the country.
