BRAZIL, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Hundreds of people came to Brazil, lining the streets, doing some shopping, and some brought their animals along for the fun.
Though for one woman, she was riding through with American Legion Riders Post 58 and stopped in to not only visit the event, but was able to participate in the local legion's benefit for the two burn victims.
"It's a glorious day and we're out for a ride and we just happened in. Well, we wanted to come to the 40 fest and then we just happened into an amazing ride," said Connie Hauge, American Legion Post 58 rider.
The Route 40 Festival is Indiana's largest one-day celebration and with over 200 vendors, there was a little something for everyone.
