LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Court documents have revealed more information about Jon'Tay Mattingly, the suspect in a Thursday shooting on Winburn Drive that left a man injured.

Mattingly, 20, was arrested in the early hours of Friday morning after being named as a person of interest in the shooting investigation, according to officials with the Lexington Police Department.

An arrest citation alleged that he was seen on surveillance video footage, and his location had been confirmed through an ankle monitor.

According to court records, Mattingly had been assigned an electronic monitoring device in June 2021 in connection with a robbery investigation, which remains ongoing. As recently as Aug. 2, he'd been arrested and charged with first-degree robbery and theft by unlawful taking for alleg
