WEST FARGO — If traffic in West Fargo on Saturday is any indication, the attendance at the annual West Fest Parade was a success. Parade floats backed up along Main Avenue, snaking to Sheyenne Street and through downtown West Fargo.

Billed as North Dakota's largest parade, the event drew families to the streets, with many youngsters grabbing as much candy as they could fit in their sacks. Some even brought out their trick-or-treat baskets, a tad early.
