The Green Bay Packers (2-0) and the Cleveland Browns (0-2) meet Sunday for a Week 3 game at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, Ohio. Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET (FOX). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's NFL odds around the Packers vs. Browns odds and make our expert NFL picks and predictions for the best bets.

The Packers racked up a 27-13 win over the rival Detroit Lions in Week 1, covering as 1.5-point favorites with the Under (48.5) cashing. Green Bay then topped Washington 27-18 as a 3-point favorite on Thursday Night Football in Week 2, with the total (48) also going under. QB Jordan Love has passed for 480 yards, 2 TDs and 0 INTs, while RB Josh Jacobs leads the way with 150 rushing yards and 2 scores, while averaging 3.6 yards per attempt.

The Browns were nipped 17-16 in the home opener in Week 1 as 4.5-point underdogs, covering the number with the Under (47.5) connecting. Cleveland was flattened at the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, falling 41-17 as a 13.5-point underdog, while the Over (46.5) hit. Veteran QB Joe Flacco has passed for just 489 yards, 2 TDs and 3 INTs. Rookie RB Quinshon Judkins debuted in Week 2, rolling up 61 yards on 10 carries, and he is already leading the team in rushing yardage.

Packers TE Tucker Kraft (knee) suffered a knee injury in the practice late in the week, causing a bit of a scare, but he is expected to be ready to play in Week 3.

Browns PK Andre Szmyt (calf) popped up on the injury report late in the week, but he has been cleared to play despite a questionable tag. The same is true for WR DeAndre Carter (concussion), who has cleared concussion protocol.

The Browns have allowed just 191.5 total yards on defense, with 45.5 rushing yards per contest. Both marks are No. 1 in the NFL.

Packers at Browns picks and predictions

Prediction

Browns 20, Packers 18

Moneyline

The BROWNS (+340) are worth a roll of the dice at home as heavy underdogs.

Cleveland nearly topped Cincinnati in Week 1 as a home 'dog, but Szmyt pushed a field goal right in the final minutes of regulation. This is a team with a stout enough defense to steal a game, and Cleveland is synonymous with winning at least a game or 2 as a heavy underdog each season.

Against the spread

If you just can't bring yourself to back Cleveland straight up, BROWNS +8.5 (-115) is a strong alternative.

Catching that many points at home is quite a bit, and Cleveland has a strong enough defense to really push Green Bay all day long. Kraft is nicked up, but expected to go, and the downfield threat Reed is out. Jacobs should find the sledding extremely tough against Cleveland's stingy D.

Over/Under

UNDER 41.5 (-110) is worth playing lightly, but don't get carried away. It is a low number.

However, Cleveland doesn't give up many yards, particularly on the ground, and the offense is mediocre, at best.

For Green Bay, it has been rolling along, and it can play a pretty good brand of defense, too. The winds will be kicking up at 12-15 mph, which could affect the kicking game and might also impact the passing game, keeping the ball more on the ground.
