In honor of National Good Neighbor Day, Chandler residents can stop by the city’s Neighborhood Resources building for a free treat.

Treats will be provided by Andy’s Custard on Friday, Sept. 26, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendees will also receive a coloring sheet with tips on how to be a good neighbor and other resources offered by the department.
