KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WKBN) - Western Michigan quarterback Broc Lowry scored in the final minute to lead the Broncos to a 14-13 upset win over Toledo on Saturday.

Once trailing 13-0 late in the 3rd quarter, the Canfield native scored two rushing touchdowns the rest of the way, including punching in the game-winning two-point conversion with 52 seconds remaining.

The former state champion with the Cardinals finished the night 16-for-33 passing for 201 yards while adding 50 rushing yards on 18 attempts and two touchdowns.

Western Michigan, which entered the game a +11.5 point underdog, moves to 1-3 and begins MAC play 1-0. Next, the Broncos will host Rhode Island on Saturday, Sept. 27.
