A new Philadelphia museum combines art with architecture and landscaping and it's opening this weekend on the parkway. Gov. Josh Shapiro cut the ribbon on Calder Gardens this week. The almost 2-acre site is located on the Ben Franklin Parkway between 21st and 22nd streets across from the Rodin Museum. Calder Gardens opens to the public on Sunday, Sept. 21.
