CLEVELAND, Ohio — Massillon extended it’s winning streak over St. Edward to four games on Friday night, 21-14, pushing its all-time record against the Eagles to 7-4.

After a 31–21 Massillon victory last season, the Eagles threw a haymaker to open Friday night’s matchup as senior running back Brandon White went 66 yards to the endzone on the first play from scrimmage.

The Tiger defense regrouped after that and settled in for the long haul. Here’s a look at how Massillon took down top ranked St. Edward on Friday night.

Massillon took a 21-7 lead into halftime. The Tigers had a 13-5 first down advantage, a 137-125 rushing yards advantage, a 122-19 passing yards advantage and had run 37 plays for 259 yards compared to 22 plays for 144 yards for St. Edward.
