One man was shot and another man was stabbed in an incident in West Philadelphia on Saturday, police said.

The incident occurred at around 7:30 p.m. at the 5500 block of Larchwood Avenue, police said.

Both men were taken to the hospital, and their conditions are unknown at this time, police said.

The circumstances are also not clear at this time, but police are investigating.
